This service is available for those who want to manage the planning process and have the time
to handle the details, but don’t want to “work” on their wedding day. Your family and friends are
able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that a wedding professional is meticulously handling
all of the details. In addition to the "day-of", your consultant is also a resource to you during
your planning, providing you with vendor information, tips and advice. Two of the packages
even include consultation (planning) sessions! It’s like having the resources of a planner without
the expense. Prior to your wedding, we help with your day-of agenda, confirm your arrangements
with vendors and help chart your processional/recessional. During your wedding weekend,
we are there from the rehearsal to the dancing -- being the point-of-contact, troubleshooting,
coordinating the set-up, and bringing an extensive emergency kit. We also implement your
sequence of events by pointing you, your families and attendants to the right place at the
appropriate times.
