1 Integrity: When giving vendor referrals, it is our core value to recommend locations or vendors that are of quality service/product for your individual needs. It is our goal to match vendors best suited to your needs, taste, background, budget, personalities or styles. Additionally, many times locations/venues charge a fee to vendors to be listed on their "Recommended or Preferred Vendor Lists". If you receive any referrals for our service, it is because we earned that privilege and didn’t pay for it. It is our goal to maintain integrity when both earning and giving referrals.

2 Ethical Business: In the industry, sometimes planners are offered "kickbacks". If we are encountered with any "kickback" offers, it is a policy to decline and explain that it would be great to offer a discount/incentive to you, our client, because you are working with a professional planner (hence, a better & easier experience for the vendor). Our goal is to maintain an ethical business practice when encountered with "kickback" offers.

3 Responsibility: Our core value is to responsibly provide our clients with a stress-free, creative, enjoyable and quality experience. It is our goal to seek out creative options, provide correspondence on a regular basis, return phone calls/emails within a 24-hour period and share past experiences in an honest and beneficial approach.

4 Community: It is a Finesse Events core value that through being involved with non-profit organizations, we not only benefit the community, but we also bring a human element to business. Finesse Events supports non-profit community organizations involved in social and family services, environmental causes, disease research & prevention, and education. It is our goal to be active in opportunities to support our community programs.
